First week of July, everything as advertised. Very clean, wonderful owners! Afternoon shade was perfect after returning from beach! Outdoor shower was definitely a plus. Maria, grazie per i cibi l'olio e il succo di pomodori (lei ha fatto a mano)!
Osservazioni varie:
Bring two or more fans with you if you have room in your car. It is very hot and humid and the extra fans help move air from the living room into the bedrooms (AC is only in the living/dining room). It would be nice to have a map showing restaurant locations. The agency provided a tourist guide, but it didn't show locations of the restaurants (just advertisements with names - difficult if you're not familiar with the location).

Professional, fairly priced. Packet of information on the area was very helpful. Agency provided GPS coordinates of houses so it was possible to use Google Street View before renting, very helpful.
Pescoluse:
Easy walk to the beach! The water was warm and very pleasant the first week of July. Great location with multiple choices of beach chairs and umbrellas to choose from within walking distance. La Cicala was our favorite with very nice people (grazie Salvatore)!
Salento in generale:
Restaurant choices were limited and a bit of a hike - most nights we drove. There is one very nice agriturismo on the road from Pescoluse to Salve that we highly recommend - Ficcazana.
